Custom 1/35 Takara Tomy Optimus Prime Posable Figure
Modifications:
- Add lights to his eyes as well as the truck signal lights on the chest front.
- As the actual LED bulb may be too bright for the eye pupils and not realistic for the signal use as seen in the movie, fiber optic was used to transmit light from
the back of the figures to his eyes and chest
- Added on and off switch for the LED light located inside the fuel tanks on the back. The power source uses two 3V button cells and can be replaced with the tank cover removed
Special Paint Job:
- Includes 2 sabers that can replace the hands. Both are specially painted with neon paint to bring out the glowing effect
- Whole truck body was covered with high gloss clear coat to bring out the shine just like a real Peterbilt truck should be as in the movie
- All machine parts and indentations were highlighted with light and shade color effect for more 3D and punchy look. All inlay lines are highlighted with dark lines to add realism
- Body work has been pain-stakingly highlighted with light scratched and chips as like the movie
look
- Dirt and metalic highlight can all be found through out the figure
- The wind shield dirt was also carefully added with the wind shield operating marks as in the movie
- The chrome exhaust stacks are also painted as with the burnt effect as the real thing
- Special chrome paint was also used on the headlight surround and in the signal surround for true chrome effect (not silver paint)
